MammaDee is an outlet for the ramblings of a 30 year old Aussie Mum who has had her life turned upside down and inside out by a beautiful (of course) baby boy born in January 2012.

After leaving her job at the end of 2011 to embark on this new journey, she is now trying to define what stay-at-home Mum will mean for her, finishing off a psych degree (and don’t worry the irony isn’t lost there), finding the time to explore her much neglected creative persona whilst first and foremost looking after a new life that depends on her for pretty much everything (and keeping a smile on her face to pretend that that notion doesn’t scare the bejeesus out of her)!

Where this all leads remains completely unknown, however hopefully it provides an opportunity to have a laugh, a whinge and a chat (albiet largely one-sided) about what this whole parenting lifestyle has to offer in all its randomness and glory.
